Mr. Vincent Wu, President of PFL Trading Co., Ltd., thanks you very much for the invitation to a dinner party at Royal Hotel on October 27th.

He would be delighted to accept, but as he has already made arrangment to attend an important meeting which cannot be cancelled, Mr. Wu unfortunately will not be able to attend the dinner party.
